Reports on your team’s work
See what’s done, where tasks get stuck and where time goes. Calculate the cost of work from hourly rates. Lovox collects data from the tasks your team works on.
Task completion stats
See how many tasks are done and how many are overdue. Pick a period to see how the numbers changed.
- Number of new, completed, overdue and open tasks
- The “Burndown” chart shows how many tasks were left each day
- Remaining tasks grouped by assignee and priority
- Click the number of open or overdue tasks to see the list
Time tracking on tasks
Start a timer in a task or enter time spent by hand. The report shows which tasks took the most time and whether you stayed within the plan.
- Total work time and the share of hours the client pays for
- Time by team member, board and day
- The ten longest tasks: open any of them to see its time entries
- Planned and actual time side by side, so you can spot overruns
- Time filter: all, billable or non-billable
Cost of work
Set an hourly rate. Lovox multiplies it by billable hours and calculates the value of the work done for the client.
- Cost of work for the client and the share of billable hours
- Time spent and cost of work by team member and board
- Hours without a rate are shown separately. Set a rate to include them
- Set a rate for a team member, a board or the whole workspace. If it changes, earlier entries keep the old rate
- Viewing it requires the billing and rates permission
Task lead time analysis
Find out how long tasks wait before work starts and how long they take. Lovox remembers status changes and shows at which stages delays happen.
- Number of tasks in the queue, in progress and completed, plus tasks sent back to work
- A separate list of tasks that stay in progress for a long time
- Wait time, work time and the full time from creation to completion
- For each status, the number of tasks, the usual time in it and the longest delay
- Number of completed tasks by final status
- Statuses with the same name on different boards are counted together
Export tasks to a spreadsheet
Download a task list as a CSV file. Open it in Excel or Google Sheets to make your own calculations and reports.
- The file includes task names, boards, statuses, priorities, due dates, assignees, and created and completed dates
- Download all tasks or only those completed in a selected period
Frequently asked questions about Lovox reports
What reports does Lovox have?
“Overview” shows the state of tasks. “Time” helps compare hours spent with the plan. “Billing” calculates the cost of work. “Flow” shows lead times and delays. You can also download tasks as a CSV spreadsheet.
What does the “Overview” report show?
How many tasks were created and completed in the selected period, how many are left and how many are overdue. Next to them, you see how the numbers changed. Pick a preset period or your own dates. The chart shows the number of remaining tasks by day, and the lists show who has them.
What does the “Flow” report show?
How long tasks wait before work starts, how long they take and at which stages they get stuck. For comparison, it shows typical times and the times within which 85% of tasks are done. Tasks that have been in progress for a long time and tasks sent back to work are shown separately.
How does the “Time” report work?
Team members log time spent in tasks. The report adds up hours by person and board, separates billable time and compares the result with the plan.
How does Lovox calculate the cost of work?
Lovox multiplies billable hours by the hourly rate. Set a rate for a team member, a board or the whole workspace and choose its start date. If the rate changes, earlier work is calculated at the rate that applied at the time.
Who can see reports?
Team members with the permission to view reports. “Billing” needs a separate billing and rates permission. Everyone sees data only from boards they have access to.
Do I need to fill in report data by hand?
Lovox records task history and status changes on its own. For the time report, team members start a timer or enter hours by hand. To calculate costs, you also need to set hourly rates.
Why aren’t all tasks in the report?
The calculation needs the date of the status change. If it’s unknown, that transition isn’t counted. The report shows how many transitions were skipped for this reason.
