Consent to Personal Data Processing

This is a separate voluntary consent for additional information in your Lovox profile. It is not part of the offer. Reading this page, registering or signing in to your account as usual does not mean that consent has been given. Consent arises only after a separate confirming action with a link to this text or after the operator receives a separate statement.

1. Operator

I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, allow NitSoft RUS LLC (ООО «НитСофт РУС») to process my data listed below in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” (Федеральный закон № 152-ФЗ «О персональных данных»). 2. Purpose and data covered

The purpose is to add information to my profile and to introduce me to members of the workspaces I work in, within the access settings. The consent covers the name, display name, profile photo and contact phone number that I provide voluntarily. Information I have not provided does not need to be collected under this consent.

The account email address, user ID, date and method of confirmation, the version of this text and technical details of the action are used to the extent necessary to confirm who gave consent and when. Processing of email for sign-in and service messages, performance of the agreement and mandatory storage of payment documents have their own legal grounds, described in the policy.

3. Permitted actions and access

I allow the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, provision of access to members of my workspaces within the settings, blocking, deletion and destruction of this data. Processing may be carried out automatically and by authorized employees of the operator while supporting the service and fulfilling my request.

The database, files and backups are hosted on Timeweb infrastructure in Russia. The contractor may access data only to ensure storage and operation of the service, subject to confidentiality and the requirements of the law. This consent does not allow dissemination of my data to an unlimited number of persons, marketing emails, visit analytics, transfer to DeepSeek or Deepgram, or biometric identification. Such purposes require separate legal grounds and, where required, separate consents.

I give consent only for myself. It does not allow processing information about my colleagues, clients or recording participants on their behalf. Work data provided by another customer acting as an operator is governed by that customer’s legal grounds and its processing instruction.

4. How consent is confirmed

Consent is confirmed separately from accepting the agreement: for example, by personally checking the box “I agree to the processing of additional profile data” next to a link to this version. The box must not be checked in advance. The operator keeps evidence of the action and the applicable version of the text. An alternative is a separate statement to the operator that makes it possible to confirm my identity and my will.

Declining means that optional information is not used on the basis of this consent. By itself, declining does not prevent signing in to the account and using the main features under the agreement. An automatic log entry without my confirmation does not create consent.

5. Duration and withdrawal

The consent is valid from the moment it is confirmed until the relevant profile data is deleted, the account is deleted or a withdrawal is received, whichever comes first. I may withdraw it in full or for specific information by sending a statement to hello@lovox.ru or to the operator’s postal address. In the statement, I specify the account and the scope of the withdrawal; there is no need to send a copy of my passport in advance.

If there are no other legal grounds, the operator stops processing and ensures that the relevant data is destroyed no later than 30 calendar days after receiving the withdrawal, unless the law provides for a different procedure. When processing continues on another legal basis, the operator explains that basis and the data kept upon request. Withdrawing this consent does not automatically block the account or turn off the subscription.

I can request information about processing, demand that data be corrected, blocked or destroyed, and appeal the operator’s actions to Roskomnadzor (the Russian data protection authority) or a court. The detailed procedure and periods are set out in the section on data subject rights.
