No need to take minutes
Lovox records and transcribes the conversation for you. Focus on the meeting instead of notes.
Easy to catch up on what you missed
AI writes a meeting summary with the key points and agreements. If you need details, open the transcript or the recording.

Which services Lovox meeting recording replaces
Instead of Loom
In Lovox, screen and audio are recorded straight into a knowledge base article, next to your tasks. You don’t need a separate video service.

Instead of Kommodo (Komodo Decks)
Lovox transcribes the recording during the meeting. Fix recognition errors right in the text.
One-click recording
Click “Record meeting” in the sidebar, choose what to record and start. Recording continues until you click “Stop”.
- Record the screen with audio or audio only.
- If you have several microphones, pick one from the list.
- You see right away which knowledge base section the meeting will be saved to.
Any call service
Lovox records the screen and audio from your computer. So it doesn’t matter where the meeting happens: Zoom, Yandex Telemost, Google Meet or another service.
- Other participants don’t need to install or turn on anything.
- Record the whole screen, a single window or a browser tab.
- The screen is recorded close to its native resolution, so small text stays readable.
Other participants’ audio
To make sure everyone can be heard, Lovox records two audio sources: your microphone and your computer’s sound, where the other participants speak.
- In the macOS and Windows app, other participants’ audio is recorded automatically. You don’t need to turn anything on.
- On macOS, it’s recorded even in “Audio only” mode.
- In the browser, allow audio access when you choose what to share.
- If other participants’ audio is not being recorded, Lovox clearly shows it in the recording bar.
- Speaker echo is removed, so lines don’t repeat in the transcript.
Meeting start prompt
The macOS app notices when another program turns on the microphone, for example Zoom or Yandex Telemost in the browser. A “Meeting started?” prompt appears on top of all windows.
- Choose a section and a microphone and start recording right in the prompt.
- Record video or audio only.
- You don’t need to open the main Lovox window.
Recording bar
During the meeting, Lovox shows a recording bar with the time and a “Stop” button.
- See how long the meeting has been going and whether Lovox hears your microphone.
- See whether other participants’ audio is being recorded.
- If you stop sharing your screen, the meeting ends and is saved.
Transcription during the conversation
Text appears during the meeting, line by line. Each line shows the time it was said.
- Russian and English speech are recognized, even when mixed in one conversation.
- If the connection to speech recognition dropped, the missing parts are transcribed from the file after the meeting.
AI meeting summary
When the meeting ends, AI writes a full summary of the conversation. You can read it in a couple of minutes instead of rewatching an hour-long recording.
- Colleagues who missed the meeting quickly see what was discussed and decided.
- You don’t need to write the summary yourself. It’s prepared without your help.
- You can always check details in the transcript and the recording.
Meetings in the knowledge base
When it ends, the meeting is saved as an article in the section you chose. The article has the video and transcript, and you can add conclusions and agreements next to them.
- People with access to the section can see the meeting.
- In the article, link to tasks that came out of the meeting.
- Find a meeting by searching for its title.
Upload an existing recording
If the meeting was recorded elsewhere, upload the video to an article or a task description. Lovox transcribes it when you click “Transcribe”.
- MP4, MOV, WebM, MKV and AVI files up to 200 MB are supported.
- Insert a video with “/” and the “Video” item.
- Upload progress is shown in a separate panel. Open the article or task from there.
