Integrations: what’s there and what’s not
Lovox has no ready-made integrations with messengers, email, CRMs or trackers. You can build external workflows with four tools, listed below.
Four tools
Send events out, show due dates in a calendar, open a board without an account or let an AI agent into your workspace. These are the only ways to connect Lovox with other systems.
Webhooks
Workspace events over HTTP, with a delivery log.
Calendar subscription
An ICS link for Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Yandex Calendar.
Public links
A read-only board without an account. A template people can apply in their own workspace.
MCP
AI agents with a token and a set of permissions.
Webhooks
Your workspace sends events to other systems over HTTP. You choose the events to send, and every delivery is logged.
Calendar subscription
With a personal subscription link, tasks with due dates show up in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Yandex Calendar. You can reissue the link.
Public links
Anyone with the link can open a board without an account. It’s read-only, and people can open task cards. You can also share a board template so others can apply it in their workspace.
AI agents via MCP
Claude, Codex and other clients connect with a token and a set of permissions. They read tasks and articles, change statuses and write comments. Every request is logged.
- You choose the permissions when you create the token.
- You can revoke the token at any time, and the agent loses access.
- In task history, agent actions are marked separately from people’s actions.

Add your personal Lovox ICS link to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Yandex Calendar. It’s a subscription to tasks with due dates. You can reissue the link.
How do I turn off an AI agent’s access?
Revoke its MCP token in Lovox settings. You choose the allowed actions when you create the token. The agent can only act within its owner’s permissions.
