Move your knowledge base from MyBase to Lovox. Sections, articles, tags and files land in place, and employees end up in their departments.
How to move your data from MyBase
Every step is in Lovox. Open the import and follow the guide on screen.
Choose MyBase
Open your Lovox workspace settings, go to Import and choose the tool you want to move data from.
Follow the tips on screen
Click “Move to Lovox” in MyBase, and the wizard opens already connected. Then pick the sections and start the migration.
Click “Migrate the data”
Lovox moves the selected data for you. You can see progress and results in the Import section.
What moves over from MyBase
Your knowledge base will be in Lovox, with articles next to your team’s tasks and search and comments in place. Keep it up to date where the work happens.
- Sections and articles
- MyBase sections become Lovox knowledge base sections, and nested ones become pages inside them. Articles keep their formatting: headings, lists, tables and images.
- Tags and files
- Article tags become a section property you can filter by. Attachments and images from the text move to Lovox storage, and links to them in articles are updated.
- Members and departments
- MyBase employees become workspace members and join their departments. They stay the authors of their articles and comments.

What moves from MyBase to Lovox?
The whole knowledge base moves over: sections with their nesting, articles with formatting and images, tags, attachments, members and departments.
Article comments, tests, courses and the event calendar have no match in Lovox and don’t move. Before you start, the wizard shows the full list of limits.
Do I need to copy anything by hand?
No. In MyBase, the knowledge base has a “Move to Lovox” item. MyBase issues a migration token and opens the wizard already connected.
The token is valid for 24 hours and is only needed during the migration. If you opened the wizard separately, you can paste the same token into the field by hand.
Can I move only some sections?
Yes. After you connect, the wizard shows the knowledge base sections, and you can check only the ones you need. Articles that sit outside sections in MyBase move as a separate item.
The MyBase trash doesn’t move. Deleted articles and sections stay in the source.
